Highlights: 2004 MLL Offensive Player of the Year...Two-time All-MLL selection (2004-05)...Three-time MLL All-Star (2001, '03, '05)...2005: He led the Lizards with 33 goals and 11 assists...2004: Blake had the best season ever by a midfielder in the MLL by scoring 46 goals and adding 11 assists. He was named the 2004 MLL Offensive Player of the Year. Helped guide Philadelphia to the 2004 MLL championship. Was named the Offensive Player of the Week twice. He was traded to Long Island in a six-player deal with Philadelphia.

Highlights: Blake played seven years in the NLL...He played for the New York Saints (1998-2001), New Jersey Storm (2002-03), Anaheim Storm (2004)...Finished his career with 39 goals, 23 assists, 62 points and 239 loose balls.

At Hofstra: North Atlantic Conference Player of the Year and honorable mention All-American in 1996, helping Hofstra to the NCAA tournament after beginning his collegiated career at Nassau Community College.
