Highlights: MLL All-Star (2005)...2004: Drafted first overall by the Baltimore Bayhawks in the first round of the 2004 MLL Collegiate Draft. He ended up sitting out the 2004 season.

At Syracuse: Michael followed the foot steps of his older brothers Casey and Ryan to Syracuse where he went onto become the best lacrosse player in SU history and one of the most decorated players in the history of lacrosse...He was the first player to win the Division I National Attackman of the Year award four times (2001-04)...The first player to win two Tewaaraton Trophies (2002, '04)...Only the fourth Division I player to be named a first-team All-American all four years in college...Division I National Player of the Year (2004)...Led Syracuse to two NCAA Division I National Championships (2002, '04)...Named NCAA Tournament MVP, twice (2002, '04)...Named to three NCAA All-Tournament teams (2001, '02, '04)...Syracuse lacrosse all-time leading scorer with 307 points, surpassing the mark of 287 set by his brothers...2002 NCAA Scoring Leader (84 points)...Compiled a 53-13 record in four seasons with the Orangemen.
